退款政策

- all sales are FINAL, meaning returns / exchanges will NOT be accepted.

- if your order is lost, marked as delivered but didn't show up, or delivered to the wrong address, i won't be able to provide refunds. once your order is handed to the courier, it is unfortunately out of my hands.

- contact me if you'd like to make any changes such as your address or items in your order before it is processed. once the order is shipped out, I will no longer be able to make any changes, thank you for your understanding.

- please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make things right.
