Shipping policy

how shipping fees are calculated

- orders over us$40 / ~twd$1265 = FREE shipping w/ tracking

- orders containing ONLY stickers/prints /bookmarks = us$2 / ~twd$65 no tracking

- orders below us$40 = us$4.5 / ~twd$145 w/ tracking

all orders

- orders are fulfilled as soon as i can (~1-3 business days)

- i ship orders from taiwan, via e-packet chunghwa post.

- if a tracking number is available for your shipping method, it will be emailed to you once I have shipped your order.

EU orders

- your country may charge import VAT or small customs fees when the package arrives. These charges aren’t included in my shop prices and are handled by your local post office. thank you for understanding!

international orders

- international orders can take from anywhere between 7-28 business days (1-5 weeks), depending on where you are located.

- there may be delays in shipping due to factors such as delays at customs, higher delivery traffic during holiday periods, global pandemic slowdown etc.

- these circumstances are outside the scope of my shipping policy and as such will not be held liable for such delays. 

- buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
